Powersafe
are very pleased to announce that they have recently been
amongst the first providers of Security systems to be able
to claim NACOSS certification as an approved supplier of
CCTV systems. NACOSS (National Approval Council for Security
Systems) are well known in the security industry as a government
approved regulatory body, and Powersafe welcomes the recent
introduction of a national standard for CCTV systems and
installation.

Powersafe's client Manpower was the provider of the call
centre facility together with the staff for ITV Digital's
call centre, Pembrokeshires Largest employer of over 1000
staff. ITV Digital will be much missed by suppliers and

for Powersafe
Powersafe
was awarded the contract to provide the security cameras
and access control systems for Texaco Oil Refinery in Pembrokeshire.
The contract was awarded in the aftermath of the recent
fuel crisis where lorry drivers had picketed many of the
Oil Refineries throughout the UK. Texaco can now claim to
have one of the most advanced security systems of any refinery
in the UK, utilising turnstile, automatic gates and barriers,
hazardous area cameras, and a site wide proximity card system
complete with muster point reporting to mainframe computer
system.
