CCTV & Access control, security system at food processing
plant.
Closed Circuit Television systems consisting of static
and fully functional
pan,
tilt and zoom cameras installed to provide full internal
and external coverage of the plants. The main entrances
and gates were automated using hydraulic rams, automatic
barriers were also installed for the control of traffic
on and off the site. A computerised card access system
covers all entrances to the main building and production
areas.
This
system is used as a Management tool monitoring production
and logistics as well as a 24 hr Security system.

Installation
of guardwire perimeter system, incorporating Adpro movement
detectors and security cameras. Alarm and video signals
connect to a computerised matrices instantley notifying
security and giving instruction to police. A computerised
card access system controlling doors and turnstiles, create
an anti passback condition for time and attendance recording.

Sony's
High resolution DC50AP colour cameras were used to freez
the image, of stainles steel rolling of the production
line at a Corus Steel works, identifying flours in the
steel "result", the steel is rejected befor
going through final proces.
